I.M. the ‘Haute Cuisine’ of music
We are Andy & Mary, composers and creators of original cross-over music. We met in 2014 in Brussels and discovered our joined passion for music, art and travelling. We both have a broadly oriented musical background.
Mary is a Jazz/Pop singer and an organisational talent.
Andy is a Classical- and Jazz/Pop pianist. He composes and arranges music.
Our work lives at the intersection of styles where classical foundations meet modern sound, and where intimate simplicity can grow into something cinematic and powerful. Every piece we create is written from scratch, driven by emotion, storytelling, and a clear artistic vision.
From solo piano to full orchestral arrangements, we shape music that adapts to its purpose: a quiet moment, a live performance, a film scene, or a larger production. No templates, no shortcuts just carefully crafted compositions that aim to connect and leave a lasting impression.
Our approach is both personal and versatile. We draw inspiration from different genres, cultures, and experiences, allowing each project to develop its own identity while remaining true to our signature sound.
Beyond composing, we collaborate with filmmakers, performers, and creative teams to bring music into a wider context whether on stage, on screen, or in tailor-made productions.
We believe music should move people, cross boundaries, and tell stories that words cannot.

Furthermore, I.M. creates customised music for events, adapted to the customer’s needs and wishes.
We believe in a total personalised concept for our clients. Where normally bands and orchestras offer a set repertory and a permanent line-up, I.M. goes the extra mile.

The musicians are so versatile, they can play every style, in every setting, on any occasion.
Multiple combinations can be created during the course of the day, using the same musicians.
